Flutter Developer Intern

About the Role & Work

We are seeking motivated college students eager to gain practical, production-level experience in Flutter and Dart development. In this role, you will collaborate with our engineering team to build responsive cross-platform interfaces, implement client-side application logic, integrate RESTful APIs, and practice clean code and version control in an active engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform user interfaces for mobile (Android & iOS) and web using Flutter and Dart.
• Integrate REST APIs, handle JSON serialization, and manage asynchronous client-side data flows.
• Write modular, clean, and reusable widget components adhering to Flutter best practices and design standards.
• Apply core Computer Science concepts (OOP, data structures, algorithms, and clean architecture) to write maintainable code.
• Participate in peer code reviews, debug layout issues, and profile app behavior using Flutter DevTools.
• Implement local state management using modern Flutter solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider).

Requirements & Qualifications

1. 1.Eligibility: Pre-final-year and final-year students pursuing B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related technical disciplines.
2. 2.Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Algorithms, and software design concepts.
3. 3.Working knowledge of Dart and the Flutter framework demonstrated through academic projects, personal apps, or open-source contributions.
4. 4.Understanding of asynchronous programming in Dart (async/await, Futures, Streams).
5. 5.Familiarity with consuming REST APIs using HTTP packages (e.g., http or dio) and parsing JSON responses.
6. 6.Basic understanding of Git for version control and collaborative branching.
7. 7.Good problem-solving mindset, logical reasoning, and enthusiasm to learn modern software engineering practices.

Preferred Skills & Specialized Areas

• Working knowledge of state management libraries such as Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, or Provider.
• Experience with local storage and caching (SharedPreferences, Hive, or SQLite / sqflite).
• Familiarity with writing basic unit tests or widget tests in Flutter.
• Active GitHub profile showcasing Flutter projects or personal app deployments.

Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a permanent full-time position.
