Flutter Developer

About the Role & Work

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with a solid computer science background and at least 2 years of hands-on production experience. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting scalable cross-platform applications across Android, iOS, and Web. You will establish clean design patterns (Clean Architecture, SOLID, BLoC/Riverpod), optimize app rendering and memory efficiency, integrate complex REST and WebSocket APIs, and build modular, testable features with high engineering quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance cross-platform applications targeting Android, iOS, and Web.
• Enforce clean code principles, SOLID design paradigms, and scalable architecture (Clean Architecture / Domain-Driven Design).
• Implement resilient state management using BLoC or Riverpod with clear separation of UI, business logic, and data layers.
• Build reliable networking and data synchronization mechanisms handling offline persistence, caching, and WebSocket connections.
• Profile and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, build rebuild cascades, and frame drops using Flutter DevTools.
• Write unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code quality, regression safety, and high coverage.
• Create custom UI components, complex animations, and responsive layouts that adapt smoothly across diverse device screen sizes.
• Collaborate on technical specifications, lead code reviews, and guide junior engineers.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. 1.Minimum 2+ years of professional software engineering experience developing and shipping production Flutter applications.
2. 2.Strong Computer Science degree or equivalent foundation: data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
3. 3.Deep expertise in Dart (null-safety, asynchronous programming, streams, generics, isolates, and memory management).
4. 4.Demonstrated mastery of production state management (BLoC/Cubit or Riverpod).
5. 5.Extensive experience integrating RESTful web services, handling network errors, authentication tokens, and serialization.
6. 6.Experience with offline data persistence using relational (SQLite/drift) or NoSQL (Hive/Isar) local databases.
7. 7.Proficiency with Flutter DevTools for CPU profiling, memory allocation inspection, and network tracking.
8. 8.Familiarity with Git branching workflows (GitFlow, trunk-based development) and pull request code reviews.

Preferred Skills & Specialized Areas

• Experience with native platform integration via MethodChannels for Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Codemagic) for automated builds and testing.
• Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store with demonstrated user traction.
• Experience with CustomPainter, low-level canvas rendering, and complex fluid UI animations.
• Knowledge of app security best practices (secure storage, SSL pinning, obfuscation).
